Pneumatic pressing. Transfer elimination of thick stalk during winter.
40 % of the wine remains in French oak barrels for 8 months.

pH: 3,72.
Impeccable red ruby color. Plenty of spice aromas, black berries and pepper. Quite fresh in mouth, with fruit and delicate oak, robust with persistent flavor.
