
Located in Gualtallary, Tupungato at 1,400 mts. above sea level, in Mendoza, at the foot of the Andes Mountains.

Selected grape bunches are put into boxes for their transportation to the winery. Careful elimination of the stalk and gentle roller crushing of the berries.
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks adding selected yeasts, temperature control between 27 and 29 ºC.
Total maceration time with residue: 18 days.
Pneumatic pressing.
35 % of the wine is placed in French oak barrels for 9 months.

Intense color with violet reflections. Delicate dried fruit aromas, black berries, slightly spiced. Full-bodied with good structure, perceiving notes of spices and marmalade, with balanced oak flavor.
